Brian Coones

"Do what you love, love what you do, live your passions" Brian loves what he does, living and sharing his passions every day to inspire others and create happiness. He lived in Dubai for five years, has taught in 12 countries and is currently based in Columbus, Georgia working on building Yoga, Fitness and Wellness program in the area. Brian is a prior US Army Sergeant and after two deployments to Iraq was Honorably Discharged from injuries and PTS(D). On his path of learning to heal he fell in love with Yoga, AcroYoga, Thai Yoga Therapy, Slackline Yoga, Climbing, Fitness, Outdoors... the things he fell in love with transformed and changed his life. He has dedicated his life to spreading what he loves to other people so they too can heal and transform their lives. His current project is bringing Thai Yoga Therapy, AcroYoga, Slackline Yoga, and Yoga for Trauma, Injuries, PTS(D) to the Soldiers, VETs and their families in the Columbus/Fort Benning area. Brian also travels to teach workshops by request. Certified: 200hr Hatha Yoga, 200hr Vinyasa Yoga, 400hr Thai Yoga Massage Therapy, AcroYoga, YogaSlackers, Personal Trainer, TRX Trainer, TriggerPoint Master Trainer, NLP, Nutrition, Rock Climbing.
